Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Any workshop purchased is non-refundable. We do not allow cancellations or rescheduling once your slot has been booked. Your slot is confirmed only when a full payment is made. Please make sure that you can absolutely make it for the workshop slot before you proceed to book. No refunds, amendment and rebooking will be allowed if you do not turn up for the workshop. However, you may get a friend to take your place if you are unable to make it.

Photo/Video Documentation:

Photographs and videos will be taken during our workshops and shared with the participants as memories of their experience. These may also be used for our training and marketing purposes. Participants with any concern should inform the studio prior to the session.

Please note there is a CCTV installed in the studio and footages will only be retrieved for security purposes.

Indemnity:

Participant agrees to indemnify the studio and the instructor against any damages or injuries that may be sustained to themselves, or their belongings, during the workshop. Participant also agrees to follow all safety precautions and instructions provided to prevent any injury to themselves and other participants, as well as damage to the studio. ARTFOLD reserves all rights to pursue legal action for any damage to the studio or injury to the instructor.

Gift Voucher Purchase, Redemption & Booking:

Gift vouchers can only be purchased in pairs and will only be issued when a full payment is made.

The gift voucher must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue. If not redeemed within the validity period, the voucher will be considered void. Bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by the organiser.

Each gift voucher is valid for one (1) recipient only and can only be used once for the workshop/service reflected on the voucher. Any additional requests or customisations outside the standard offerings of the workshop/service (such as extra materials, extended time, private sessions, or special accommodations) will be subject to additional charges.

To redeem the gift voucher for a workshop/ service, the recipient must quote the voucher number and email hello@artfold.sg with their preferred date(s), timing(s) at least two (2) weeks in advance. A minimum of two (2) registered participants is required for workshop to proceed.

Participants attending individual/group art therapy sessions will be required to complete a statement of consent prior to the commencement of the session.

Artwork Collection:

Resin Art

It takes at least 1 day for the resin to cure on the surface level, making it suitable to be transported. This means that you will not be able to bring home your completed artwork on the spot. You will need to pick up your artwork from our studio another day during our opening hours. Flexible timing may be arranged for the collection of the artwork based on the availability of the instructor. Participants are advised to arrange at least 2 days before collection. It is recommended that you collect your artwork within 1 week of the workshop as we will not be liable for any damages to your artwork due to prolonged storage.

Due to limited space in our studio, artworks not collected within 1 month will be discarded / recycled. The studio reserves all rights to dispose of unclaimed artworks without notice. Alternatively, you may have your artwork couriered to a local address for a small delivery fee.
